COR ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN is an award-winning architectural studio focused on sustainability to helping organizations and people innovate and grow.

In our architectural studio COR ARCHITECTURE+DESIGN works under the premises and standards VERDE. We incorporate the design strategies that best implement sustainability in the architecture all audited and controlled our specialist technicians using VERDE GBCe.

Arquitecto Alicante Valencia Elche Albacete Arquitectos Architect

The purpose of the GREEN tools is to provide a methodology for evaluating the sustainability of buildings. The different tools that we have are intended to cover all the needs of the building sector in Spain.

We began developing the New Building tools for residential and office buildings and over the last few years we have been developing a set of tools capable of evaluating new buildings and rehabilitation interventions in a wide spectrum of typologies.

All the GREEN tools are accessible to the public through the website www.gbce.es where the tools can be found and the manuals that describe each of the criteria to be evaluated and their calculation methodology can also be downloaded. In this way, any technician can rely on these tools when approaching a building project without needing to be accredited as a GREEN evaluator.

However, if you want to certify a building and to guarantee the quality, veracity and independence of a certification, it is essential to have a GREEN EA that has passed the training developed by GBCe. In this way, two objectives are covered, to spread knowledge and good practices among the actors involved in the building sector and to develop a methodology that guarantees sustainable buildings in the environmental, social and economic fields

In the coming years, one of the great challenges of the construction sector in all European countries will be to meet the objectives that the Energy Efficiency Building Directive (2010/31 / EC) indicated for the implementation in 2020 of the so-called consumer buildings of almost null energy, called nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings).

At the moment, COR is designing different public and private buildings with the goal of almost zero consumption. Arquitecto Alicante Valencia Elche Albacete Arquitectos Architects
