Globally, buildings are responsible for 33% of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and 40% of the consumption of raw materials. Both energy efficiency and corporate social and environmental responsibility are some of the catalysts that are transforming the field of construction at the moment.
Our office works in coordination on sustainable architecture and urbanism, NZEB buildings (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings), energy efficiency, passive and active strategies, renewable energies… rethinking buildings and their impact on the environment.
A través de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la ONU para 2030, hemos definido una forma de hacer que se resumen en 10 principios básicos que atienden los valores ambientales, sociales y económicos de todos nuestros proyectos. Éstos son un conjunto de objetivos y estándares que guían los proyectos, el enfoque de diseño y las estrategias en cada proyecto.

Through the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030, we have defined a way of doing things that are summarized in 10 design principles that address the environmental, social and economic values of all our projects.
